It starts with a short discovery call to scope the role and the must-have criteria. We agree a search and hiring plan, then source candidates and present a shortlist of vetted profiles, supporting you through interviews and the offer, from first briefing to signed contract.

It depends on the role and its seniority, but a first shortlist of vetted candidates typically lands within about two weeks of the kickoff call. More specialised or senior roles can take longer, since we prioritise a strong skills and culture fit over speed alone.

Yes. We regularly help international companies build teams based in Bulgaria or working remotely from the region, including companies opening a Sofia presence for the first time. Support covers both direct-hire recruitment and embedded recruitment inside your existing team structure.
