HRLabs is excited to present an opportunity to join a global technology and fund administration partner serving alternative asset managers.
Key Responsibilities:
<> Design, build and operate reliable production AI agents for financial operations and enterprise workflows.
<> Develop agent orchestration capabilities, including retrieval, memory, tool execution, workflow state and response validation.
<> Implement security controls, authorization, human approvals, retries, checkpoints and exception handling across agent workflows.
<> Build secure, auditable integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring controlled execution and protection against prompt injection.
<> Develop automated evaluations and regression tests to measure agent quality, accuracy, safety, performance and cost.
Your Background:
<> 5+ years of software engineering experience, including delivering LLM- or agent-based applications in production.
<> Strong Python skills and experience with API design, asynchronous processing, automated testing and source control.
<> Hands-on experience with AWS engineering and managed model platforms such as Amazon Bedrock or equivalent services.
<> Experience building agent workflows involving retrieval, memory, tool selection, execution limits, persistent state, retries and idempotency.
<> Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, secure access controls, prompt-injection defenses and production safeguards.
Bonus Skills:
<> Familiarity with MCP, model and tool gateways, multi-agent systems or durable workflow engines.
<> Knowledge of containers, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and observability platforms.
<> Understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management and regulatory controls.
