Key Responsibilities:
<> Lead cross-functional analytics projects from concept to delivery with strong ownership and measurable results.
<> Solve high-impact, fast-paced analytical challenges using SQL and Python.
<> Build and scale data infrastructure that drives smarter business decisions.
<> Work across analytics engineering, business analytics, and data science to support growth and innovation.
<> Enhance and scale data products and systems.
<> Build and optimize data pipelines for new initiatives.
<> Improve ML models and customer segmentation.
<> Advance team processes with new tools and systems.
<> Strengthen alerting and data quality monitoring.

Your Background:
<> 3 - 4 years in Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science with proven impact.
<> Advanced SQL expertise; solid grasp of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
<> Strong programming skills Python preferred (R, Rust, Go, Ruby, C++ also welcome).
<> Degree in Math, CS, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field.
<> Fast learner, adaptable, and motivated by solving real business problems.
<> Team-oriented, proactive, and excited to help shape the future of insurance through data.
