Key Responsibilities:

<> Work closely with the team to design robust, scalable and secure backend systems and APIs.

<> Partner with engineers and researchers to translate complex requirements into production-ready solutions.

<> Build high-performance pipelines for large structured and unstructured datasets and optimize system performance.

<> Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions and production support rotations, ensuring reliability and observability.

Your Background:

<> 3+ years professional experience with Python in production systems.

<> Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.

<> Proficient with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MS SQL, MongoDB).

<> Skilled in designing and maintaining reliable, large-scale systems.

<> Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Bonus Skills:

<> Familiarity with the Python scientific stack (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn).

<> Experience with distributed systems, AI/ML workflows or large-scale data engineering.

<> Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects.
