Senior Java Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

<> Design, build and maintain mission-critical trading platforms, execution algorithms and market connectivity solutions.

<> Develop scalable systems supporting global trading operations across multiple asset classes and markets.

<> Contribute to intelligent order routing, monitoring platforms, simulation environments and post-trade analytics.

<> Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

<> Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing and agile development.

<> Drive innovation through the adoption of modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

Your Background:

<> Expert-level Java development experience building complex production systems.

<> Strong SQL and database development skills.

<> Experience building distributed systems, event-driven architectures or high-performance applications.

<> Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.

<> Experience working on Linux and Windows environments.

<> Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

<> Passion for technology and solving complex engineering challenges.

Bonus Skills:

<> Experience within financial markets, trading platforms or front-office technology environments.

<> Knowledge of FIX protocol and electronic trading systems.

<> Experience working closely with quantitative researchers or traders.
