Senior Backend Engineer - AI Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

<> Design and build scalable backend services, APIs and intelligent workflows powering AI-driven products and autonomous agents.

<> Develop robust integrations between core systems, LLMs and communication channels to support real-time automation.

<> Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and AI specialists to transform complex requirements into reliable technical solutions.

<> Participate in code reviews, debugging production issues and continuously improving engineering standards and system architecture.

Your Background:

<> 5+ years of professional experience building cloud-based backend applications.

<> Strong experience with Node.js, Java or .NET.

<> Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or developing AI-powered features in production environments.

<> Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems and real-time data processing.

<> Experience with MongoDB schema design, query optimization and production-grade systems.

<> Deep understanding of software architecture, clean code principles and scalable application design.

Bonus Skills:

<> Experience designing AI agents, tool calling and context management workflows.

<> Familiarity with vector databases and caching strategies for AI applications.

<> Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.

<> Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum.
