Senior Automation QA Engineer

At HRLabs, we specialize in connecting exceptional talent with leading companies. We are currently looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our client, an innovative software product company.

Key Responsibilities

<> Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle
<> Review user stories and requirements to design effective test plans and define both manual and automated test cases
<> Take ownership of testing activities across all stages from planning and prioritization to execution and reporting
<> Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and help distribute tests according to the testing pyramid
<> Drive the test strategy for new features, ensuring theyre delivered on time and meet quality expectations
<> Continuously explore and introduce new tools, frameworks, or practices to enhance testing efficiency and coverage

Your Background

<> Solid experience in test automation ideally 5+ years in a similar QA/Software Development Engineer in Test role
<> Strong OOP skills preferably in C#
<> Hands-on with browser automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
<> Good understanding of QA best practices and the full testing pyramid
<> Familiar with tools like JIRA, X-Ray, and comfortable working with SQL databases
<> Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, closely collaborating with product managers to align on requirements
<> A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and grow
<> Fluent English both written and spoken
