Automation QA Engineer

At HRLabs, we specialize in connecting exceptional talent with leading companies. We are currently looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our client, an innovative software product company.

Key Responsibilities

<> Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle
<> Review user stories and requirements to design effective test plans and define both manual and automated test cases
<> Take ownership of testing activities across all stages from planning and prioritization to execution and reporting
<> Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and help distribute tests according to the testing pyramid
<> Drive the test strategy for new features, ensuring theyre delivered on time and meet quality expectations
<> Continuously explore and introduce new tools, frameworks, or practices to enhance testing efficiency and coverage


Your Background

<> Solid experience in test automation ideally 3+ years in a similar QA/Software Development Engineer in Test role
<> Strong OOP skills preferably in C#
<> Hands-on with browser automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
<> Good understanding of QA best practices and the full testing pyramid
<> Familiar with tools like JIRA, X-Ray, and comfortable working with SQL databases
<> Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, closely collaborating with product managers to align on requirements
<> A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and grow
<> Fluent English both written and spoken
